Is the setup really free?
Yes, with any signed website contract. It's part of building a site that can be found, so it isn't billed separately.
Can I get the profile setup without a website?
The free setup comes with a website project. If you only need help with your profile, send us a note and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth paying for.
Do I need a storefront or office?
No. Businesses that visit customers or work from home can list a service area instead of an address, and the address stays hidden.
How long until my business shows on Google Maps?
Verification usually takes from a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on Google. Showing up higher in the map takes longer and depends mostly on reviews and how close searchers are, which nobody can promise.
